Friends of Outer Island (FOI) is a non-profit organization that works under the direction and supervision of the Northeast Region US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS). The board and all members are unpaid volunteers.

More information will soon be online about upcoming FOI projects and programs, so come back to visit soon and/or visit Outer Island this summer and there will be people you can speak with on the island.
